From El Salvador to WebCore
I’m Rigo (Rigoberto) Guadrón. I studied at ITCA in El Salvador, built my career in Canada, and today I build WebCore from Cambridge, Ontario.
Infrastructure first
Before I built websites, I built infrastructure where downtime was not an option. At Toronto Hydro I managed a multimillion-dollar datacenter build-out.
At the Ontario Public Service I built high-availability VMware clusters that kept government systems running at provincial scale.
OrbitWeb, since 2017
In February 2017 I started OrbitWeb, a digital growth agency in Mississauga. OrbitWeb is a Google Partner.
A few results from those years are below, alongside the infrastructure work that came before.
The record
Toronto Hydro
Multimillion-dollar datacenter build-out
I managed the build-out from start to finish and the resilience work around grid-critical systems.
Ontario Public Service
Government systems at provincial scale
I built high-availability VMware clusters that kept government databases running without downtime.
MTS
From a $1M to a $5M+ valuation
I built custom CRM middleware that matched lead attribution to the company’s real capacity, for a growing service brand.
CMI Investments
$600K a year saved
I restructured their Google Ads and cut $50,000 a month in wasted spend while improving lead quality.
Clearly
#1 rankings
An SEO roadmap that took them to first position for high-value keywords.
How WebCore started
WebCore started small. Its first commit, in June 2024, was a referral page for MTS Moving. I kept building until it was an AI any small business owner could use, and it went live on 1 October 2026.
WebCore also publishes the Ontario Trades Web Index, monthly research on how Ontario trade websites perform. The research is done by Bro, the AI agent I built to study this market.
My earlier platform for teachers, ClassMaven, now lives inside WebCore as its free Lessons skill.
