Rigo Guadrón

I’m the founder of WebCore, an AI for revenue for small businesses. Most of their websites just sit there. WebCore makes the website do the work.

What I found

Most small business websites just sit there.

In October 2026, WebCore measured 295 trade and clinic websites in 15 Ontario towns with Google’s own speed test. The median one takes 6.8 seconds to show its headline on a phone. Google calls 2.5 seconds good.

92% of them were slower than three seconds, the point where Google’s research says 53% of mobile visitors give up. The owners rarely know. The site looks fine on the laptop it was built on.

What I build

WebCore makes the website do the work.

WebCore is an AI for revenue. It builds a fast website and keeps it fast. It answers visitors when the owner is busy and saves every enquiry as a lead the owner can follow up.

Owners ask for changes in plain words, the way they would ask a person. Teachers get a free Lessons skill for interactive classes and homework.

WebCore went live on 1 October 2026, after more than 5,000 commits since June 2024.

Why I’m building it
The record

Twenty years of building systems people depend on.

  • Toronto Hydro: I managed a multimillion-dollar datacenter build-out.
  • Ontario Public Service: I built high-availability VMware clusters at provincial scale.
  • OrbitWeb: the digital growth agency I started in 2017, now a Google Partner.
  • MTS: custom CRM middleware that helped take a service brand from a $1M to a $5M+ valuation.
  • CMI Investments: $600K a year saved by cutting $50,000 a month in wasted ad spend.
